A lot of people who have been to Montevideo, Uruguay rave at the wonderful places that they've been to in that part of the world. Meeting tourists as you go around town is nothing extraordinary. You may be from different parts of the world but you all came there for a common purpose and that is to have fun. It is a universal truth: we all want to have fun and we do things to have fun.
