    For the more affluent tourists, the place to be here in Uruguay is Punta del Este, whose visitors comprise mainly of rich Argentines.

    This time around, the nations is starting to become a second home to these visitors. One of the main reasons? The rediscovered hot springs that now serve therapeutic functions.
